Fine Arts

The AHS Fine Arts program is under the direction of Max Malcomb, providing a wide variety of visual art programs, including ceramics, drawing, and painting. The fine art program supports 3 levels of coursework. Max mentors an AHS Art Club which helps induct new members into the National Art Honor Society, as well as planning shows and field trips. The programs also work throughout the year on campus beautification, mural painting, and redoing graphics in the gym and the stadium.

Ashland Middle School also supports a thriving art program under John Stroud. The program focuses on providing students with fundamental, advanced art skills in papercraft, drawing and painting.
