Ashland High School Theatre Department provides students with the opportunity to perform comedies, dramas and musicals, in addition to theatre tech programs. Each year, the department produces 2 or 3 productions, in addition to special programs throughout the season.
The 2020-2021 school year presented a unique challenge since theater classes were unable to meet in person to practice or perform, and of course no public performances were allowed in person.
However, the show must go on! So Ashland High School Theatre opted to create an entirely online dramatic performance, which was performed live Nov 20—22, 2020. Plans for a spring 2021 performance are still under development.
